<p>At 07:58 a.m., an officer was dispatched to the 5700 block of Simmons in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that had already occurred. The complainant stated an unknown person rummaged through his vehicle and removed some change and a laptop.</p>

<p>An officer was dispatched to the 4000 block of Browning in reference to found property. The officer met with the reportee that located the property. During a vehicle check of the area, the officer located a burglarized vehicle. The owner was notified and a report initiated.</p>

Upon arrival, the officer approached the females as they were leaving. One suspect identified herself with a false name and date of birth. She was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance. She was arrested, and both were issued criminal trespass warnings.</p>

The suspect left the scene and the witness followed. The suspect drove to the 3800 block of Bellaire and exited his vehicle. The suspect fled from police on foot. The suspect was located hiding in a backyard. The suspect was arrested.</p>

An arrest for possession was made.</p>

<p>An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Amherst for a tail light malfunction and expired registration. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver was found to have four arrest warrants with West U. The driver was arrested and transported to WUPD Jail. During the booking process, the officer found a controlled substance inside the driver&#8217;s purse. The driver was then charged with possession of a controlled substance.</p>

<p>At 5:08 p.m., an officer was dispatched to the 4000 block of Bellaire in reference to a minor accident. Upon talking with the parties involved, the officer discovered that the driver of one vehicle did not have any identification. The driver did provide a name and date of birth to the officer. Through the investigation, it was determined that the driver provided false information. The driver was arrested for failure to identify.</p>

The person had slurred speech and swayed constantly while standing. The person was arrested for public intoxication.</p>
