West U Little League All-Star Seniors defeated Lazio, Italy, 3-1, in Bangor, Maine last night.
This is the second year in a row that West U Little League has made it to the Senior League World Series.
They will be playing South Vineland, New Jersey at 9 a.m. on Tuesday.

The West University Senior Little League team lost a breath-taking game today in the Senior Little League World Series in Bangor Maine. They lost to a New Jersey team in the 10th inning, 9-8, three innings over the Senior Little League regulation seven innings. They play again Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. our time.
They have now won and lost one game and have two additional games Wednesday at 7:00 CST and Thursday at 4:00 CST to qualify for the semi-finals on Friday and finals on Saturday. They are trying to repeat their 2009 Senior World Series Championship.
