More than 400 people attended the Park Lovers Crystal Ball on Saturday, raising hundreds of thousands for parks in West University Place. The formal, swanky black-and-white ball featured silent and live auctions, a wine pull, games and more. The Friends of West U. Parks Fund intends to use money from the ball for a playground at the new West U. Recreation Center.
