Staff at West University Place made last-minute adjustments to the city’s annual Tree Lighting Ceremony by bringing the celebration indoors to escape the dreary drizzle. Although City Hall was packed with people, they seemed to enjoy all the normal activities like the holiday music performed by children, the tree lighting and of course the visit by jolly old St. Nick.
